This
sports performance program is designed to instruct all athletes
on the methods involved with strength training and speed development.
The camp includes weight training and plyometric instruction for
developing explosive acceleration, speed, agility, and power. Under
the guidance of Jeff Oliver and the most knowledgeable weight training
staff in central Massachusetts, the athletes can expect to learn
the latest weight training methods available allowing them to BE
ATHLETIC.
The
camp is run from June 10th to August 15nd located at the Park B.
and Carol Smith Wellness center on the beautiful campus of the College
of the Holy Cross in Worcester, Massachusetts. Sessions are held
at different times throughout the day, Mondays through Fridays.
